河北落球回彈儀使用說明 測試試樣（聚氨酯材料）：

1.試樣應(yīng)有上下平行且平整的表面。

2.試樣面積100mm?100mm，高度應(yīng)滿足50m。如果試樣的厚度小于50mm，應(yīng)疊加到50mm，但不能使用黏合劑。對于模型產(chǎn)品，應(yīng)去掉上表皮。

注：對于軟質(zhì)材料如果結(jié)果誤差很大，可以用更厚一點(diǎn)的試樣而不必受到50mm厚度的限制。對于超低密度材料由于樣品本身原因可能造成測試結(jié)果有問題，對于多層片狀樣品，容易發(fā)生層間的滑動，最好選用大一點(diǎn)面積的試樣可以得到克服。

河北落球回彈儀使用說明   試樣數(shù)量：每組測試3個試樣。3個試樣可以在同一個樣塊里取也可以在同一批次不同的樣塊里取樣。

狀態(tài)調(diào)節(jié)：材料制成后，至少放置72h才能進(jìn)行測試。如果可以證明，生產(chǎn)后16h或48h得到的結(jié)果與生產(chǎn)72h后得到的結(jié)果差值不超過?10%。允許試樣在生產(chǎn)后16h或48h進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)。

試驗(yàn)前，試樣應(yīng)在下列任一種環(huán)境中狀態(tài)調(diào)節(jié)16h以上。

23℃?2℃，（50?5）%相對濕度；

27℃?2℃，（65?5）%想對濕度；

在生產(chǎn)后16h進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)的情況下，狀態(tài)調(diào)節(jié)時間可以包括部分或全部生產(chǎn)后放置時間。

當(dāng)為了質(zhì)量控制檢測時，試樣可以在生產(chǎn)后放置較短的時間（下至最短12h),并按上述任一種環(huán)境規(guī)定，采用較短的狀態(tài)調(diào)節(jié)時間（下至最短6h）調(diào)節(jié)后進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)。

使用說明書

1.將落球回彈試驗(yàn)儀放置在水平桌面或地面上，如果放置平面不水平可用水平尺先將放置平面調(diào)成水平，然后查看一下落球回彈上面板是否水平，如果不水平，通過轉(zhuǎn)動底座螺絲，調(diào)成水平（出廠時已調(diào)，如果運(yùn)輸過程中，有改變需要再調(diào)一下）。

2.根據(jù)要做試驗(yàn)的高度，調(diào)整試驗(yàn)下落高度，按上或取下高度調(diào)節(jié)塊。

3.將落球回彈試驗(yàn)儀主機(jī)上的傳感器數(shù)據(jù)線接到控制箱上的“數(shù)據(jù)線”接口，將5V電源接到控制箱上的“電源”接口，然后打開“電源開關(guān)”，給設(shè)備供電。

4.將試樣切成100mm*100mm*50mm，放到試樣平臺上，調(diào)節(jié)平臺高度，使試樣與上面板夾緊。

5.這時儀器上會顯示“歡迎使用落球回彈測試系統(tǒng)”，點(diǎn)擊“測試”會進(jìn)入選擇試驗(yàn)高度界面,繼續(xù)按“測試”鍵，會在500mm與460mm之間切換，當(dāng)箭頭指向相應(yīng)高度時，點(diǎn)擊“確定”，進(jìn)入試驗(yàn)界面。

6.此時界面顯示，“試驗(yàn)中”，通過鋼球釋放裝置將鋼球釋放，此時顯示試驗(yàn)結(jié)束，如果此次試驗(yàn)沒有碰壁，點(diǎn)擊“確定”，保存試驗(yàn)結(jié)果，試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)有效，否則點(diǎn)擊“取消”，試驗(yàn)無效。

7.通過鋼球釋放裝置將鋼球取出，點(diǎn)擊“測試”，屏幕顯示“試驗(yàn)中”，繼續(xù)試驗(yàn)，如此試驗(yàn)9次有效試驗(yàn)，點(diǎn)擊“打印”打印試驗(yàn)報告。

8.在任何時候都可以通過“返回”按鈕，使以前所有試驗(yàn)無效，從新開始。

9．試驗(yàn)報告包括試驗(yàn)高度，試驗(yàn)次數(shù)，平均回彈高度，平均回彈率四部分信息。

10.試驗(yàn)結(jié)束后關(guān)閉“電源開關(guān)”，結(jié)束試驗(yàn)。

Instruction manual

1. Place the falling ball rebound tester on the horizontal table or ground. If the placing plane is not level, use a level to adjust the placing plane to the level first, and then check whether the upper panel of the falling ball rebound is level. If not, adjust it to the level by turning the base screw (it has been adjusted before the factory, if there are changes during transportation, it needs to be adjusted again).

2. According to the height of the test to be done, adjust the height of the test fall, press up or remove the height adjustment block.

3. Connect the sensor data cable on the host of the ball rebound tester to the "Data cable" interface on the control box, connect the 5V power supply to the "Power" interface on the control box, and then turn on the "power switch" to supply power to the device.

4. Cut the sample into 100mm*100mm*50mm, place it on the sample platform, adjust the height of the platform, and make the sample clamp with the upper plate.

5. At this time, the instrument will display "Welcome to use drop ball rebound test system", click "test" will enter the test height selection interface, continue to press the "test" key, will switch between 500mm and 460mm, when the arrow points to the corresponding height, click "OK", enter the test interface.

6. At this time, the interface will display "under test", and the steel ball release device will release the steel ball, and the test will be displayed at the end of the test. If the test does not hit a wall, click "OK" to save the test result and the test data will be valid; otherwise, click "Cancel" and the test will be invalid.

7. Take out the steel ball through the steel ball release device, click "Test", the screen displays "under test", continue the test, so that the test is valid for 9 times, click "print" to print the test report.

8. At any time, you can use the "back" button to make all previous tests invalid and start again.

9. The test report includes four parts: test height, test times, average rebound height and average rebound rate.

10. After the test, turn off the "power switch" to end the test.
