三、技術(shù)指標
1. 發(fā)動機功率。功率越大，銑刨效果越好。
2. 刀軸數(shù)量和刀片數(shù)量。數(shù)量越多銑刨深度和效率越高。
3. 機器自重。越重越好，可以避免機器跳動。
4. 刀片齒數(shù)越多銑刨效果越好，臂如8齒刀片優(yōu)于6齒刀片。
四、保養(yǎng)指南
1、為了安全起見，在進行保養(yǎng)前，所有的保養(yǎng)必須由合格的機修工來進行。
2、機器必須放在平整的平面上進行保養(yǎng)。檢查銑刀時要防止機器翻倒。
3、每次操作前用肉眼檢查機器：所有緊固件是否擰緊？是否有零件明顯磨損或開裂？檢查軸承、檢查個個防護罩是否蓋住，注意軸承加油

，本機軸承不能缺油。
4、每次操作前，要檢查皮帶松緊度。新皮帶在運轉(zhuǎn)4小時后應(yīng)該重新調(diào)整松緊度。有斷痕、嚴重磨損的皮帶應(yīng)立即調(diào)換新的。調(diào)整皮帶松

緊度：調(diào)整發(fā)動機安裝底板下的兩根高度調(diào)整螺柱，通過改變電機輸出軸和銑鼓中心軸的中心距離來控制皮帶的松緊度。必須保持適當?shù)?br />
皮帶松緊度。
5、每次改變銑刀排列時，檢查銑刀軸和軸襯。如果軸上出現(xiàn)磨損的槽，就需要換新的。

the engine mounting base plate, control the belt tightness by changing the central distance between the motor output 

shaft and the milling drum central shaft. Proper belt tightness must be maintained. 5. Every time you change the cutter 

arrangement, check the cutter shaft and bushing. If a worn groove appears on the shaft, a new one is needed.
