1.經(jīng)常保持設(shè)備和計(jì)算機(jī)的清潔衛(wèi)生。

2.預(yù)防高溫、過濕、灰塵、腐蝕性介質(zhì)、水等浸入機(jī)器或計(jì)算機(jī)內(nèi)部。

3.定期檢查，保持零件、部件的完整性。

4.注意對易銹件或長期不用的配件，如夾具、插銷等涂上防銹油。

5.對于夾具的鉗口或夾具相對滑動(dòng)的表面應(yīng)保持干凈，避免磕碰。在做一批試樣后應(yīng)及時(shí)清理留存鉗中的碎片，如果鉗口齒行部分被堵塞，請用鋼刷蘸汽油清洗，忌用堅(jiān)硬的工具進(jìn)行清理。

6.注意對使用減速機(jī)的主機(jī)每2500小時(shí)換油。

維護(hù)與保養(yǎng)

1軸承內(nèi)的潤滑脂一般3—5年更換一次。

2 試驗(yàn)機(jī)應(yīng)每年請當(dāng)?shù)赜?jì)量部門檢定一次。

1、 一臺(tái)主機(jī)可以同時(shí)最多配置4個(gè)力傳感器，量程從50kN—2000kN，用戶可根據(jù)需要隨時(shí)更換；

2、 一臺(tái)主機(jī)可以最多配置8個(gè)變形傳感器(電子引伸計(jì))，用戶可根據(jù)需要隨時(shí)更換；

3、 程序采用開放的數(shù)據(jù)庫結(jié)構(gòu)定義，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)配置包含國標(biāo)GB228-87、GB/T228-2002、GB7314-87等試驗(yàn)方法，可根據(jù)用戶要求定制特殊的試驗(yàn)方法；

4、 分檔或不分檔數(shù)碼顯示拉試驗(yàn)力和壓試驗(yàn)力及峰值，精度為每檔量程20%開始示值的?1%(分檔)或全量程的2%示值的?1%(不分檔)，可自動(dòng)標(biāo)定；

5、 分4-7檔或不分檔數(shù)碼顯示變形，精度為每檔量程20%開始?0.5%FS(分檔)或全量程的2%示值的?0.5%(不分檔)，可自動(dòng)標(biāo)定；

6、 同時(shí)記錄力-時(shí)間，變形-時(shí)間，力-變形和力-位移試驗(yàn)曲線，可隨時(shí)切換觀察，任意放大縮小，水平或垂直移動(dòng)，實(shí)時(shí)高速采樣；

7、 采用人機(jī)交互方式分析計(jì)算測試材料的機(jī)械性能指標(biāo)，試驗(yàn)結(jié)束時(shí)自動(dòng)計(jì)算彈性模量、屈服強(qiáng)度、非比例伸長應(yīng)力等(試驗(yàn)方法不同，分析的數(shù)據(jù)也會(huì)不同)，在自動(dòng)分析的基礎(chǔ)上，還可以人工干修正分析結(jié)果，提高分析的準(zhǔn)確性；

8、 試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)采用數(shù)據(jù)庫管理方式，自動(dòng)保存所有試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)和曲線；

9、 提供多種報(bào)表打印接口，用戶可根據(jù)需要編輯任何格式的報(bào)表，并打印輸出；

10、 MaxTest軟件包還包含其他工具軟件，如調(diào)試工具箱、批量處理程序等，它們都提供了很多實(shí)用和強(qiáng)大的功能（本手冊也包含它們的使用說明）。

11、 保留數(shù)據(jù)接口，可直接連接企業(yè)（試驗(yàn)室）的綜合信息管理網(wǎng)絡(luò)；

工作環(huán)境條件

1 在室溫100C～350C范圍內(nèi)，相對濕度不大于80%；

2 在穩(wěn)固的基礎(chǔ)或工作臺(tái)上正確安裝，水平度為0.2/1000；

3 在無震動(dòng)、無腐蝕性介質(zhì)和無較強(qiáng)電磁場干擾的環(huán)境中；

4 電源電壓的波動(dòng)范圍不應(yīng)超出額定電壓的?10%。

電氣部分：

    電氣部分由顯示測量控制部分組成。顯示測量控制部分實(shí)現(xiàn)各種控制、顯示、數(shù)據(jù)采集、處理等功能。軟件部分的操作請仔細(xì)閱讀《軟件說明書》。

開關(guān)機(jī)注意事項(xiàng):

1開機(jī)時(shí)主機(jī)和計(jì)算機(jī)的開機(jī)順序會(huì)影響計(jì)算機(jī)的通訊初始化設(shè)置，所以務(wù)必請用戶嚴(yán)格按照上述開機(jī)順序進(jìn)行。

2每次開機(jī)后要預(yù)熱5分鐘，待系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定后，才可進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)工作。

3如果剛剛開機(jī)，需要再開機(jī)，至少保證1分鐘的間隔時(shí)間。

4在更換夾具后，首先要注意調(diào)整好可調(diào)擋圈（上下限位開關(guān)）。

5尤其在用小力值傳感器做試驗(yàn)時(shí)，一定要調(diào)整好可調(diào)擋圈的位置，以免操作失誤而損壞小力值傳感器。不要超過傳感器的額定量程。

6任何時(shí)候都不能帶電插撥電源線，否則很容易損壞電氣控制部分。

7試驗(yàn)過程中，不能遠(yuǎn)離試驗(yàn)機(jī)。

8試驗(yàn)過程中，除停止按鍵和急停開關(guān)外，不要按控制盒上的其它按鍵，否則會(huì)影響試驗(yàn)。

9試驗(yàn)結(jié)束后，一定要關(guān)閉所有電源。

10本計(jì)算機(jī)是專門用于試驗(yàn)機(jī)控制和數(shù)據(jù)處理的，請勿在計(jì)算機(jī)內(nèi)安裝其它應(yīng)用軟件，以免試驗(yàn)機(jī)應(yīng)用軟件不能正常運(yùn)行。

11計(jì)算機(jī)要嚴(yán)格按照系統(tǒng)要求一步一步退出，正常關(guān)機(jī)，否則會(huì)損壞部分程序，導(dǎo)致軟件無法正常使用。

12不要使用來歷不明或與本機(jī)無關(guān)的軟盤在試驗(yàn)機(jī)控制用計(jì)算機(jī)上寫盤或讀盤，以免病毒感染。

Precautions for switching on/off:

5 Especially when using small force sensor for test, be sure to adjust the position of adjustable retainer ring to avoid damage to small force sensor due to misoperation. Do not exceed the rated range of the sensor.

6 Never plug or unplug the power cord with electricity, otherwise the electrical control part will be easily damaged.

7 Keep away from the testing machine during the test.

8 During the test, except for the stop button and emergency stop switch, do not press other buttons on the control box, otherwise the test will be affected.

9 After the test, be sure to turn off all power supplies.

10 This computer is specially used for the control and data processing of the testing machine. Please do not install other application software in the computer to prevent the application software of the testing machine from working normally.

11 The computer should exit step by step in strict accordance with the system requirements and shut down normally, otherwise it will damage some programs and cause the software can not be used normally.

12 Do not use floppy disks of unknown origin or unrelated to this machine to write or read disks on the control computer of the testing machine to avoid virus infection.
